Simple & flip portals

These blocks have content, image and link fields. The links for the simple portal can be internal, external or to a file. The links for the flip portal are internal only.

Their appearance can be customised within the view.php for the block and the css/build/blocks/simple_portal.less and css/build/blocks/flip_portal.less
