Map with multiple locations

Customisable google map block with functionality to add multiple locations including description, internal, file and external page links.

Map icon can be customised in 'Options' tab. Zoom level can be customised in the view.php of the block, line 93, and location about which the map is centered can be amended on line 106.

NOTE - IE8 is not supported by Google Maps. This map will not be displayed in IE8 browsers.
