Hamburger navigation

This version of the homepage uses a sticky hamburger navigation positioned to the top of the browser.

The page has a unique page type 'Homepage Hamburger Nav'. You can see in homepage_hamburger_nav.php that this page type links to a different navigation include file - inc/header/header-full-fixed_hamburger.php. The styling for this navigation can be customised within css/build/header_hamburger_nav.less
